Following on from the summer's attention-demanding 'Saltwater', London duo Geowulf - Star Kendrick (vocals) and Toma Banjanin (guitar/production) - have revealed 'Don't Talk About You', available now via 37 Adventures. The glistening, dream-pop number nods carefully to the sun-kissed catchiness of Empire Of The Sun, with its woozy blend of organic instrumentation and warm synth work. Of the track Kendrick explains, "This song went through a geographical & creative metamorphosis over almost two years... We originally wrote it in Copenhagen, demo'ed it in Stockholm and then revisited it recently when Toma & I were both in London. I guess the song speaks for itself but ultimately it falls in the good ol' "wanting-something-that-ain't-good-for-you" vein..." The beautiful cut comes alongside news of their sold out show at London's Lexington alongside Dagny and IDER; we'll be talking about Geowulf for the foreseeable. -G.O'B
